The traditional medical approach is no longer working

Our body is one big interconnected system. By just treating symptoms related to one body part is simply masking the symptoms and not the root cause of the problem. The textbook medical approach to eczema is applying a steroid cream, but the rash is only a symptom, whereas the real problem is in the gut. Why not address the real cause to get rid of the problem for good?

Your body operates as a whole ecosystem, where all its functions are inter-connected and inter-dependent. What you eat depends on how you sleep, how you sleep affects how you work and exercise, your exercise and rest affect your stress levels and so on. It is for this reason that I hold it very important to treat the body as a whole, and not as a set of separate organs or functions that require temporary attention.
